Our business operates in Adana province. We combine the cold-pressed oil of the olives we harvest from our olive grove in Adana's Kozan district with our own harvest, bitter melon, and leave it to the natural fermentation process. The fatty acid composition of the extra virgin olive oil we use in our "Pomegranate with Olive Oil" product is as follows:
