Şifa Ana Blue Butterfly Kombucha Tea : Completely handmade. Pure beet sugar is made by fermenting a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast (scoby). Byproducts of the fermentation process include organic acids, carbonation, and increased numbers of good bacteria and microorganisms.
Şifa Ana kombucha tea is not pasteurized, is not subjected to heat treatment, that is, no intervention is made to ensure that it lasts for a long time on the shelves. It is produced in small series. Healing Mother Kombucha teas contain living organisms. Our Kombucha tea is a new generation fermented beverage that contains natural probiotics and does not contain preservatives or additives.

Based on what we have explained, when you receive your product, take into account the overflow (in order to avoid wasting the product that may overflow), place a deep container under it and slowly open the lid to allow gas to escape. If it overflows, you can pour the overflowing product back into the bottle or jar. Then put it in the refrigerator. Your product is ready to be consumed after 2 hours.
