Şifa Ana Black Mulberry Kombucha Tea is completely handmade. It is made by fermenting sugar and a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast (scoby). Byproducts of the fermentation process include organic acids, carbonation, and increased numbers of good bacteria and microorganisms.
Healing Mother kombucha tea is not pasteurized and is not subjected to heat treatment. Thus, it can be stored on the shelves for a long time. It is produced in small batches/series. As a result, you always get fresh kombucha. Healing Mother Kombucha teas contain living organisms. Our Kombucha tea is a new generation fermented beverage that contains natural probiotics, does not contain preservatives and additives.

Based on what we have explained, when you receive your product, take into account the overflow (in order to avoid wasting the product that may overflow), place a deep container under it and slowly open the lid to allow gas to escape. If it overflows, you can pour the overflowing product back into the bottle or jar. Then put it in the refrigerator. Your product is ready to be consumed after 2 hours.
